To help ensure everyone enjoys a safe, clean, and well-maintained rehearsal space, we ask that all studio users follow the terms below.

Respect the Studio

Please treat the studio, equipment, and facilities with care. Any damage caused through negligence or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

Food is not to be consumed in the live room. Please use the kitchen area.

Leave the Studio as You Found It

Please leave the studio in the same clean and tidy condition you found it.

Before you leave, please ensure that:

All rubbish has been placed in the bins provided.

Food, drink containers, and personal belongings have been removed.

Chairs, music stands, and other equipment are returned to their original positions.

Cables are neatly coiled where possible and do not present a trip hazard.

Any spillages are cleaned up immediately.

The studio floor and seating areas are left clean and tidy.

Equipment

All studio equipment should be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

Please do not:

Remove equipment from the studio without prior permission.

Modify or disconnect equipment unless authorised.

Force connectors, cables, or controls.

If you notice any faulty or damaged equipment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Food and Drink

Drinks are permitted in the studio provided they are kept away from electronic equipment. Please take extra care to avoid spills.

Please dispose of all food packaging and drink containers before leaving.

Timekeeping

Your booking includes your setup and pack-down time. Please ensure you vacate the studio promptly at the end of your session so the next users can begin on time.

Noise Levels

Please be considerate of neighbouring studios and other building users when arriving, leaving, or taking breaks.

Security

Please ensure all doors are closed securely when entering and leaving the studio. Do not allow unauthorised persons into the building or studio.

Personal Property

Morleys Studio cannot accept responsibility for any personal belongings left behind. Please check that you have all of your equipment and valuables before leaving.

Smoking, Vaping and Alcohol

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the studio or building. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused entry or asked to leave.

Health and Safety

Keep exits, walkways, and fire escape routes clear at all times. In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions provided by staff and leave the building immediately.

After Your Session

Before leaving, please make sure that:

All equipment has been switched off where instructed.

Amplifiers and instruments are returned to their original locations.

Lights are switched off if requested.

Doors are closed securely.

The studio is left clean, tidy, and ready for the next booking.
