About the creative space
Our Main Creative Studio Space is an empty, flexible space designed for creatives to make it their own with lots of natural light. No equipment is provided, bring your own setup and tailor the space to your specific needs across the days that you've booked.
This Creative Studio Space has hosted photographers, videographers, content creators, artists, and various creative businesses since opening our doors.

What equipment does the creative studio have?
The Creative Studio is an empty, flexible space designed for creatives to make it their own. No equipment is provided, allowing you to bring your own setup and tailor the space to your specific needs.
Terms of use
To help ensure everyone enjoys a safe, clean, and well-maintained space, we ask that all creative space users follow the terms below.
Respect the Space
Please treat the space, equipment, and facilities with care. Any damage caused through negligence or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.
Leave the Space as You Found It
Please leave the space in the same clean and tidy condition you found it.
Before you leave, please ensure that:
All rubbish has been placed in the bins provided.
Food, drink containers, and personal belongings have been removed.
Equipment is returned to their original positions.
Any spillages are cleaned up immediately.
Food and Drink
Drinks are permitted in the space provided they are kept away from electronic equipment. Please take extra care to avoid spills.
Please dispose of all food packaging and drink containers before leaving.
Timekeeping
Your booking includes your setup and pack-down time. Please ensure you vacate the space promptly at the end of your session so the next users can begin on time.
Noise Levels
Please be considerate of neighbouring studios and other building users when arriving, leaving, or taking breaks.
Security
Please ensure all doors are closed securely when entering and leaving the studio. Do not allow unauthorised persons into the building or space.
Personal Property
Morleys Studio cannot accept responsibility for any personal belongings left behind. Please check that you have all of your equipment and valuables before leaving.
Smoking, Vaping and Alcohol
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the studio or building. Anyone under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be refused entry or asked to leave.
Health and Safety
Please keep exits, walkways, and fire escape routes clear at all times. In the event of an emergency, follow any instructions provided by staff and leave the building immediately.
After Your Session
Before leaving, please make sure that:
All equipment has been switched off where instructed.
Lights are switched off if requested.
Doors are closed securely.
The space is left clean, tidy, and ready for the next booking.
